Elite level teams train twice a week. 

We have two semi-competitive teams competing at two competitions in the 2026 season;

Metallic (Youth Novice)

Teal Titans (Mini Novice)

Novice teams train once a week.

We offer multiple Recreational classes for different age groups running throughout the year.

Recreational teams train once a week.
